
Terms & Conditions
Please take time to read and understand the Terms and Conditions before booking any services with Rockstars NT Pty Ltd.
All bookings are made with Rockstars NT Pty Ltd (Rockstars NT) (ABN: 55 627 462 042). The use of the terms "us","we" and "our" refer to and mean Rockstars NT. The terms "trip" and "tour" refer to any booking agreement made, and service provided by Rockstars NT.
Acceptance of booking
If we accept your booking, we will issue a confirmation invoice. A contract will exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice or if you book within 30 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept your payment. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details regarding final payments.
Cancellation by you
If you have to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. 14 days or more prior to the intended departure date, you will receive a full refund minus any unrecoverable costs. Between 7 and 14 days you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost. Within 7 days of the intended departure date, no refund will be given.
Cancellation by us
If Rockstars NT is forced to cancel a trip in circumstances where a cancellation is due to events outside of our reasonable control a full refund will be given less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
COVID-19 Cancellations
If COVID-19 border restrictions or quarantine laws are implemented that affect your travels and you need to cancel a trip you will receive a full refund minus any unrecoverable costs if cancelled more than 5 days prior to the trip’s commencement. You will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost if cancelled less than 5 days prior to the trip’s commencement.
Booking Amendments
Once the booking has been finalised and payment has been received, any changes or alterations of any kind that are requested by the person/s who have secured the booking will incur an administration fee of $150. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by hotels, ground operators or airlines.
Travel Insurance
Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your booking. We recommend that you obtain personal travel insurance as Rockstars NT will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings, sickness or injury whilst on tour.
Authority on tour
All trips are run by a group leader. All decisions that are made by the group leader are final on all matters regarding the safety of any staff or participants of the tour. If you fail to comply we reserve the right to refuse you further onward travel with no right to a refund. You must at all times comply with all Australian laws and customs.
Photos and marketing
Throughout the trip there may be photos, videos and sound recordings taken. These may be used for future promotion and marketing in any medium we choose. By booking a trip with Rockstars NT you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to take part in our marketing or promotion then please let us know prior to the commencement of your trip.
